How ThetaHealing® supports Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy & Pranic Healing for Deeper Healings
As a healer, I find it so powerful to know multiple modalities so that I can use the best solution to help my clients. Today, I wanted to share my top 5 healing modalities that I use for client work, and why.
ThetaHealing® – Belief Work for Physical & Mindset Healing
ThetaHealing® is so powerful because it enhances all other areas of healing. I enter into a theta state, which also puts my client into a theta state, and connect with Source/Creator to discover what needs healing and witness the changes.
I can provide both physical and mindset healing because your beliefs are what hold on to your current situation. For example, a virus actually is attached to your body because of feelings of unworthiness that you are holding on to, there are many layers to these beliefs, but with the right process it can be removed. In your relationships, the belief that you don’t deserve love can be sabotaging your connections with others. ThetaHealing® also enhances Reiki, Pranic Healing and the other modalities I practice by simplifying and speeding up the process through Source/Creator’s energy.
Reiki – Energy Work for Physical, Emotional, and Mental Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing where I adjust and balance your energy throughout your body. It is the counterpart to ThetaHealing®, which works with mindset and beliefs, by focusing on your physical, mental and emotional body and the balance of energy systems.
Examples of when Reiki is used: Reiki is activated by drawing symbols and speaking the name of the symbol being used. Placing these symbols in a pyramid makes the symbols stronger. I set up a Rei ki pyramid® over my massage table while I am working either specifically with just Reiki or when I do cranial sacral work. I activate symbols and draw a Rei Ki pyramid® in the room where I am sitting to do ThetaHealing® sessions. Reiki provides deep support for healing and is quick and easy to use.
Cranial Sacral Therapy – Physical Work
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a form of bodywork where I physically address the bones of your head, spinal column, sacrum and fascia to release and unwind any trauma you are holding. This is a very effective modality that seeks to restore the natural position of the body. I can add ThetaHealing in combination with my Cranial Sacral work to help release old traumas faster and more completely. By working on both an energy and physical level, the healing is more complete.
Examples of when Cranial Sacral Therapy is used: When there has been physical and emotional trauma as in car accidents or falls cranial sacral therapy is a great modality to use. I clear beliefs using ThetaHealing® so the client accepts and receives the healing well. Also, I run Reiki energy to relax and allow deeper healing for my client during a cranial sacral therapy session.
Pranic Healing – Energy Work
Pranic Healing is another energy modality that is based on the principal that the body can heal itself. It focuses on opening blocked energy flows and healing energy imbalances, which can affect both mental and physical health. This can be a time intensive process as it is very thorough, but when I combine it with ThetaHealing®, I speed up the timeline while still providing the same complete results.
Examples of when Pranic Healing is used: After using ThetaHealing® to clear beliefs and download feelings I will ask how many chakras need cleaning and healing. I will use colored pranas to clear and seal the various chakras. I use pranic healing on its own often for various conditions such as high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, addictions and depression.
Ho’oponopono – Forgiveness & energy work
Ho’oponopono is a practice that revolves around removing old grudges and hurts, to clear the way for healing and growth. Negative feelings held on by conflicts and grudges eventually cause damage and disease to your body. This is a very simple yet powerful technique to help clear away old pains. I incorporate this into my practice because the very principle of letting go of old hurts is so powerful.
Examples of when this is used: Ho’oponopono is a wonderful healing process for conflict resolution… When there is a problem, I pull out my mala (a prayer counter of 108 beads) and chant at least 3 rounds of 108 times each these four sentences on every bead: I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I surrender to the divine and amazing results happen. I had an altercation with my neighbor. She was so angry she hung up the phone on me. I did not know what else to do, so I picked up my mala and began chanting:
I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I just finished the third round of 108 times and my neighbor called me back and said she did not like being angry and did not want to jeopardize our relationship. We were able to discuss our situation and come up with solutions that blessed us both.
Whether these are new to you, or you have experienced these healings before, I would love to talk with you and help create the best healing plan for your needs. Contact me here.
