One-on-one private sessions are offered to support your growth, healing and transformation. In most instances it is not required for the client and practitioner to be in the same room together in order for the healing to take place. Healing sessions conducted remotely are just as effective as in person. Sessions are done by phone, Zoom, or Facetime. I invite you to come into a session with an open-minded intention for positive change.

ThetaHealing® Sessions
In a ThetaHealing® session I connect to Source/Creator in a theta brain wave to clear and replace your negative beliefs, change stuck patterns, transform fears and witness healing of physical, emotional, mental or spiritual disease. Usually an hour session is a good start and often the first session can be longer. We can work remotely over the phone or online via Zoom or Skype. The Reconnection
Each of our bodies contain their own energetic lines and points that serve as our interface with the universe. The Reconnection is a re-connecting with the universe and earth and opens us to everything that surrounds us. It opens the third eye and expands and elevates our level of consciousness. Reconnective Healing is different from other healing modalities because it is not a method or treatment. The practitioner finds and activates the frequency that allows the flow of energy, light, and information between the universe and you.

Reiki Healing Sessions
Reiki is a way of healing that involves balancing energy systems of the body, mind and spirit often providing deep relaxation. Reiki is a non-invasive approach to reduce pain, ease anxiety, or facilitate physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Reiki is based on the principle that the therapist channels universal healing energy to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body restoring physical and emotional well-being. All forms of Reiki can be performed remotely for the past, present or future. Kathleen is a Reiki Master/Teacher in Usui, Karuna Reiki®, Holy Fire®, and Rei Ki Do Satori®.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum and fascia. The goal is to release and unwind trauma or restrictions in any area of the body, which alleviates the tension of stress or pain. Cranial Sacral therapy seeks to restore the natural position of the bones, muscles, tendons and fascia and can decrease stress from chronic injuries as well as provide relief from headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ disorder, anxiety and more. Tuning into the cranial sacral rhythm and gently holding areas of the body is a natural way to release old traumas, including stuck emotions that are held in the fascia of the body. LMT#17316

Property Clearing and Feng Shui
Release disharmonic interference patterns, old energy from previous occupants and ghosts from your home and property with the gridding and blessing of a property clearing. A property clearing includes visiting the house and gridding the property around the house. Gridding adds extra protection and cleanses on a deeper level with the use of crystals and copper. A Property clearing also includes Feng Shui consulting to open the flow of harmony, peace and abundance in your home.

Rapid Eye Therapy
Rapid Eye Technology (RET) is a natural, safe way to release stress and trauma. RET simulates REM sleep, your body’s own natural release system. This powerful quick release happens without reliving the trauma. Accessing the whole mind/body system while in an awake state allows you to be in control of your own journey. RET empowers individuals to live a happy, productive life by releasing negative belief systems, negative thought forms, and emotions—all of which contribute to emotional stress.

Kundalini yoga is a blend of Bhakti yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).
Matrix Energetics
Matrix Energetics, developed by Richard Bartlett, encompasses a new state of mind, a new way of looking at the world we live and breathe in, and a new way of reaching out to endless possibilities, a consciousness shift.
According to modern physicists, all reality can be described as vibrations and waveforms where everything is light and information. The name “matrix” is used because we enter into a unique morphic field when we do this work. One can imagine it much like a lattice of information, and one learns to reach into the lattice and change that information. Matrix Energetics is dedicated to bringing this new consciousness shift and personal power of transformation and healing to as many people as possible.
Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing is an energy healing system based on the fundamental principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself, utilizing “life force,” “energy,” or prana to accelerate the body’s inborn ability to heal itself.
What makes Prana healing special is that it is intangible for the ordinary senses. It is all about opening blocked energy flows, healing energy imbalances, and filling our body with fresh Prana. Impaired energy flows can harm not only our physical and mental health but also our ability to manage emotions. Since most health issues are caused by energy imbalances, we need our energy to flow smoothly. The body can be healed by restoring life-force energy and facilitating the flow of energy around the body.
Oneness Blessing
The Oneness Blessing is the transmission of divine energy through intention, words, presence and, most commonly, through a laying on of hands. Ultimately the Oneness Blessing leads to a flowering of the heart.
The Oneness Blessing is not a concept, nor a religion, nor does it promulgate any required beliefs. The Oneness Blessing manifests differently for each person and each time a person receives it. The Oneness Blessing givers are only channels for the energy, not the source of it. However, each Oneness Blessing giver has undergone a process of initiation through teachings, silence, ritual, and the repeated gift of the Oneness Blessing. They have become conduits for this divine Grace. “Deeksha” is a powerful transmission of energy, which rapidly accelerates the evolution of consciousness. Deeksha can be given by the Deeksha-giver placing their hands on the head of the receiver. It can also be given to a whole room of people at the same time, through intention, and it can also be given through the eyes.
9 Great Rights
The 9 great rites of the Munay-Ki are the shamanic iniations of the Laika, the Inca shamans of Peru to help us to become instruments of peace and agents for change and transformation. As you are initiated into the Nine Great Rites you join a group of men and women who lead extraordinary lives –

Your luminous field becomes more highly organized and coherent. The bubble of light that surrounds your physical body is upgraded and empowered with strength and integrity.
Ho' oponopono
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice for healing through forgiveness. It means to make things right.; to make it right with your ancestors, or to make right with the people with whom you have relationships.
Hawaiian doctors knew that conflicts and grudges eventually cause disease. You’ll use Ho’oponopono to deal with negative feelings when someone has upset you or hurt you. Ho’oponopono can be used for any kind of forgiveness, but especially forgiveness to help keep relationships from dissolving into anger and bitterness. Ho’oponopono consists of four phrases: “I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. I thank you.” First, you are addressing yourself. Many people also feel they are addressing the Divine as a part of this experience. You’re saying that you are sorry/regret that problem and are seeking forgiveness or cleansing from the past so that you can live more happily in the present.
